We arrived late and enjoyed the fact that the very comfortable pool was open 24 hours. Perfect after a long days of driving
Very disappointed that upon arrival I paid with a different credit card then I use to reserve. And was woken up with a message that my card was not accepted. Only to find out that they ran both cards. Why did the front desk request my credit card to run when in fact she had already run the other one. Took several days to straighten out the mess. What really upset me was I called in advance and notify them that I would be using a different card for payment and that we would be arriving after 8 p.m. . I could have easily transferred funds from one card to the other had I known that both cards were going to be run. Also there was not enough parking. The only space was for a quarterly employee recognition. I asked the clerk if we could park there since it was available and was denied access to park. Last but not least this property is two stories however there is no elevator to the second floor. And no one offered assistance with luggage up the stairs. There is also no is on the second floor although it is clearly labeled that there is.

Not much
The staff was fake overly friendly. Too talkative. The carpet was ripped, rippling, old and dirty everywhere.

Breakfast, comfortable bed and room coffee/tea
Having stayed there a couple of years ago the facilities seemed not quite up to the standard of two years ago

As we drove into Idaho, we booked a double queen online. When we got to the counter an hour later all the rooms were booked. We were given the Bridal Suite for the same price.
Had to pay extra for roll-away bed.
